ALL of us in the industry know that WE have been waiting for this moment - Buyers Market Baby!!….and now that it is here, we try to convince potential buyer/investors to go ahead buy something….
What if instead, we went ahead Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Agents, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, etc. and decided to ACQUIRE a property within the next 30 days, Are you IN?
Do you have to get a mortgage, maybe if you qualify, but there is other alternatives and legal techniques out there that we can utilize to get a new house for our portfolio….
